Adminstrative Assistant needed for a long term contract role on site.This is a fantastic opportunity for a college graduate to work in a a dynamic sales environment.
We are looking for a top notch Administrative assistant to support the Director of Sales, coordinate sales events and provide general administrative support.
Job Duties
- Coordinate Sales Events
- Handle incoming calls and assist potential clients
- Maintain lead data base
- Manage event advertising
- Generate reports
- General Administrative duties
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or Business or related field from four-year college or university
Experience & Skills Required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast pace office setting
Strong Customer Service skills
