Non-Profit Organization located in downtown White Plains needs an experienced Administrative Office Assistant to assist their team with a busy case load ASAP. Candidates should have have strong MS Office skills and good customer service skills. All candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5 pm and have prior recent office experience.
- Review documents and contact clients and explain over the phone what is needed as detailed in the letters that the client received
- Work within the in-house software system to update files
- Track and follow-up on missing information until files are completed
- Clerical support - Data entry, filing, scanning
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associates Degree required
Experience & Skills Required
- Must be available to start ASAP.
- 1+ years administrative office experience in a business
- Bank Teller, Tax Preparation or document review experience a plus
- Must be comfortable with MS Office
- Minimum associate degree
