One of the top Publishing Companies in the world is in need of an organized Administrative Assistant to join their Marketing Department. If you are someone who is interested in publishing or editorial positions and has strong attention to detail please apply ASAP. The assignment will be for a few months. Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. This is a hybrid role.

- Collecting agenda items for monthly meetings.
- Assisting with factsheet packet & slide deck creation for seasonal conferences – Launch, pre-sales, and sales conference.
- Assisting with back-ad maintenance and tracking.
- Soliciting and collecting slides and/or key campaign highlights for sales and marketing meetings.
- Constructing mock-ups for sales representatives of key accounts.
- Collecting receipts and important information regarding monthly expenses.
- Coordinating larger-scale meetings for estates, editorial, and/or marketing & publicity teams.
Experience & Skills Required
- Prior Administrative support experience
- Publishing experience a plus!
- Comfortable with social media platforms
- Must be comfortable with MS Office
- Basic design skills though platforms like Canva a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
