Our client offers direct, in-home care services, specializing in transitions in care from discharging facilities to the home. Collectively, they empower over 18,000 patients, residents, and members to live forward every day. This position is responsible for the overall operational and business development function for the Home Care Services Division, encompassing both the Certified (CHHA) and Licensed (LHCSA) agencies. This position will ensure that all business objectives and operations are met while maintaining the highest level of quality clinical care, within a regulatory environment.

Leads the development and execution of the mission, vision, and strategy for Home Care, including analyzing and tracking data related to business initiatives, managing strategic and regulatory projects, executing workflows and operational systems improvements that support organizational performance goals. Assists in the trending, identification, development, and management of new initiatives that drive financial sustainability, operational effectiveness, customer & employee satisfaction, retention, and quality outcomes. Furthers and creates both internal and external strategic partners, developing innovative service models, that support RSL’s continuum of services.
Functions as the administrator of record for both agencies, ensuring that patient care activities provided are reflective of quality, efficiency and are reflective of NYS DOH regulatory statues and standards. Provides oversight and supervision to the senior leadership team including but not limited to Director of Clinical Operations (CHHA & LHCSA), and Rehabilitation Director.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related field of study required, Master’s Degree in related field preferred. NYS License in related healthcare field a plus
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 5-7 years of business operations or financial analysis management experience in a certified or licensed home care agency, long-term care setting, managed care organization, hospital setting, or similar.
Required Experience with data extraction and manipulation required intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with data modeling and analytics.
