Opportunity Description

The Project Coordinator Manages the post-construction cleaning projects and plans and executes strategies while leading a team of cleaning specialists and sub-contractors.

Job Duties

Analyzes  the results of construction operations and takes immediate corrective action when performance deviates from the standard.

Evaluate procedures, methods, and materials for purposes of improving performance and reducing costs of operation (meeting with Management monthly to review area financial results and job profitability reports). 

Provides constructive feedback to our subcontractors and team members. 

Obtains signoffs of work performed. 

Visits upcoming service locations, to confirm the Job Site is ready for service. 

Performs Quality Ratings from our Clients. 

Reviews Job Costing 

Assists the Administrative team, with details and observations of working conditions. 

Provides support in rescheduling jobs, as priorities come in from the clients 

 

Education

College degree preferred

Experience & Skills Required

Bilingual Spanish 

3-5 years in a management position. 

Experience in Post Construction Cleaning or Janitorial Industry is highly preferred. 

Strong previous experience with client management. 

Experience in Project Management. 

Experience understanding budgets, P/L, and forecasting.
