Job Duties

Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments for employees.

Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.

Coordinate and monitor employee return-to-work programs.

Develop and implement health and safety programs, including wellness initiatives.

Provide health education and counseling to employees.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Collaborate with management and safety teams to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Participate in safety inspections and incident investigations.

Administer vaccinations and manage the vaccination program.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Experience & Skills Required

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace health and safety standards.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

CPR and First Aid certification.
