Opportunity Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This fully remote position requires in-person training in Ridgewood, Queens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our care delivery services. Applicants must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and 90% accuracy.

Job Duties

Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of care delivery services to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Provide feedback and training to staff on quality assurance best practices.

Maintain thorough documentation of all quality assurance activities and findings.

Assist in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and procedures.

Experience & Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software.

Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and 90% accuracy.
