Knowledge of electronic principles and devices.
· Basic computer proficiency (data entry & word processing).
· Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology.
· Prior satisfactory customer service experience.
· Good written & oral communications skills.
· History of attention to detail and good time management.
Requirements:
· Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Word, Excel preferred).
· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work with small parts, tools.
· Vision rated as normal for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to change focus.
· Ability to reach, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, etc. to service medical equipment.
· Hearing within 80-100% of the normal range (hearing aid acceptable to attain required range).
· Able to lift, and move 35 - 40 lb.
· Potentially limited exposure to hazardous physical, chemical, and/or biological agents.
· Able to provide documentation of current authorization to work in the United States.
