Opportunity Description
Non-Profit Organization located in downtown White Plains is in need of 2 temporary Office Assistants to help with answering incoming calls and clerical administrative support. All candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5 pm. If you are comfortable on the phone, have experience reviewing files and utilizing MS Excel for data entry and available ASAP, please apply!
Job Duties
• Answering inbound calls and transferring to the appropriate department
• Reviewing documents and files for accuracy
• Updating excel spreadsheets
• Clerical support – filing, scanning, copying
Experience & Skills Required
• Prior office experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• MS Office skills
• Excellent Communication skills
