One of the top Publishing Companies in the world is in need of an organized Administrative Assistant to join their Publicity Department. If you are someone who is interested in Publishing and has strong attention to detail please apply ASAP. The assignment will be for about 4 months. Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm Hybrid.

- Process mailings of books / galleys or create labels for others to mail
- Set up and fulfill giveaways
- Data entry (in put job requests with ad/promo, add marketing bullets to the catalog)
- Research and order supplies (ex: special jiffies for mailings)
- Process invoices
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience & Skills Required
- Prior Office / Administrative support
- Publishing experience a plus!
- Must be comfortable with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
