Support 50-75 users in NJ, NV, NY and CA.


Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field

Experience & Skills Required

  • Prior experience as an IT helpdesk position in a corporate environment.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Exchange Online
  • Experience in SAP will be a major plus 
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with new and old operating systems, including Windows desktops, Windows servers, Linux/Unix, HP-UX, etc.
  • Understanding of general database management with Microsoft SQL and MySQL and ability to effectively use tools such as Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  • Experience in programming in a business environment using a variety of old and new languages such as COBOL, BASIC, Batch files (Windows/MS-DOS), Java, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, VB, VB Script, C++, C#, Python, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to break down complex technology concepts to less technical users
  • Patient and willing to help users in solving technical problems and difficulties
  • Creative and persistent "can-do" positive attitude
