Opportunity Description

We are looking for career-driven, performance motivated individuals as Account Executive/Outside Sales professionals to work within our Professional Administrative, Science, Information Technology, Nursing, Allied Health, and Locum Tenens verticals. You will be teamed with the finest professionals working in the staffing industry today. This position assesses the market potential of prospective clients including F2F meetings or video conferences to discuss staffing challenges and the solutions we provide ultimately bringing value to their organization.

Job Duties

  • Build a book of business through client prospect calls, reactivation of dormant accounts, branding, networking events, sales meetings, and expanding our relationships within existing client organizations
  • Maintain CRM data in company ATS (Bullhorn)
  • Consistently mine for sales leads to maintain appropriate prospect funnel
  • Partner closely with internal Account Management team to execute external Sales strategies
  • Meet weekly and monthly prospecting and sales call metrics

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1-2 years of Sales experience required
  • Previous experience working in a recruiting environment a plus
  • Previous experience working in an outbound customer service environment a plus
  • Extensive research skills required to properly prepare for prospect calls
