Opportunity Description

Non-Profit Organization located in downtown White Plains is in need of 2 temporary Office Assistants to help with a special project for 2-3 months. All candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5 pm. If you are comfortable on the phone and utilizing MS Excel for data entry and available next week, please apply!

Job Duties

  • Speaking with program participants to get an understanding if they have received the organizations mailing
  • Determining from conversations when they can expect to receive the necessary paperwork from participants
  • Updating a spreadsheet as to the progress of the participant’s paperwork
  • Clerical support as needed

Experience & Skills Required

  • Prior office experience answering phones or making phone calls
  • Data Entry experience
  • Availability to commit to assignment
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must be vaccinated for covid
