Opportunity Description

The Compliance Coordinator is a risk mitigation position responsible for coordinating, maintaining and auditing on-boarding materials related to areas of compliance for prospective contingent workers. The daily role of the Contingent Workforce Coordinator is to audit compliance documentation, track contingent worker on-boarding status, work with senior leadership on compliance discrepancies and resolution. Additional responsibilities may include managing the record of contractual compliance documentation, coordinating responses with supplier POC’s and coordinating responses to leadership on on-boarding status by worker. This position will require liaising with vendors daily.This position will report to the Contingent Workforce Manager. Oversee and audit vendor compliance

Job Duties

  • Weekly reporting on workforce on-boarding efforts
  • Prepare and file compliance documents and/or reports, including maintaining a calendar of reporting requirements by due date for on-boarding
  • Maintaining the compliance log
  • Worker technology setup
  • Training scheduling for newly on boarded workers
  • Liaising with leadership on compliance discrepancies and resolution


Associates degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s Preferred)

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3 year minimum of administrative experience (Compliance experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented skills with a high regard for accuracy
  • Relationship building (supplier)
  • Previous compliance auditing a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications
