Opportunity Description

Experienced Office Assistant needed on a temporary basis Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm to perform data entry and clerical support for busy Human Resources Department located in the Bronx. Candidates should have prior office administrative experience, be experienced with data entry and may at times have to drive up to a satellite office in mid-Westchester.

Job Duties

  • Manual data entry of relevant data that isn’t collected electronically.
  • Entering of information into pre-defined fields so that everyone who needs the data has access to it
  • Printing of identification cards
  • Creating user access to systems
  • Remain in compliance with data security requirements and data use agreements

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must be able to commit to a 1-2 month temporary assignment
  • Experience with data entry
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to drive into Westchester location as needed
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for the purposes of conveying information to individuals at various organizational levels and the general public and in completing concise documentation
