Opportunity Description

Our client is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Danbury, CT. This is a hybrid/remote position available ASAP with a growing manufacturing firm. This is a temp-to-hire position servicing our internal and external clients, and the positon offers between $28-$32/hour, depending on experience, plus a bonus!

Job Duties

As the Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Build relationships with customers and provide specialized customer support
  • Process credits and advanced warranty issues
  • Process return material authorizations
  • Process and expedite urgent requests



  • HIgh School Diploma 

Experience & Skills Required


  • Min 2 years customer service experience
  • Must have RMA/Return Experience
  • Credit experience
  • Web portal
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP is highly desired
