Our client is hiring for an Office Manager in Bedford Hills, New York. This is a full time on-site role offering between $63,000-$67,000 annually, as well as health insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and a family work environment.
As the Office Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage our current office staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work with our management team to implement policies and procedures.
- Work closely with our technicians to dispatch and coordinate schedules
- Ensure payroll is completed with accuracy for third party payroll service.
- Answer basic Human resource questions and assist employees with benefits questions, scheduling PTO etc.
- Light Bookkeeping skills
- Prepare proposals and invoices for customers.
- Ability to make decisions with little guidance
