Opportunity Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing corporae headquarters, is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist in Danbury, Connecticut. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team and in a fun atmosphere. The position is option-to-hire and offers between $24-$26/hour, depending on experience, as well as a bonus.

Job Duties

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Handle heavy call volume- assisting customers
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume customer service environment.
  • Interact with various departments
  • Perform order entry in SAP
  • Create and respond to a high volume of emails



  • High School Diploma 

Experience & Skills Required


  • Prior customer service experience
  • Manufufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP is highly desired
