Opportunity Description

Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for several Customer Service-focused Bilingual Spanish Office Assistants ASAP for a seasonal full-time project through mid-April. If you are a team player looking to work ASAP, please apply! This position offers between $17-$18/hour.

Job Duties

As the Office Assistant, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls for the company
  • Meet and greet individuals as they arrive
  • Provide excellent customer service with each call that comes in
  • Assist with clerical projects such as scanning, filing and faxing
  • Perform Data entry in software database


Experience & Skills Required

Experience & Skills:

  • Prior reception / office assistant experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Bilingual spanish
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays if needed
  • Accouning or Tax experience a plus
