Our client is hiring for a Parts Department Assistant to work in Carlstadt, New Jerseyt. In this role, you will support the parts/Inventory operations for international machine manufacturer.

Job Duties

As the Parts Department Assistant, you will:

  • Respond to emails and calls from customers requesting parts, availability and quotes
  • Coordinate with technical department on customer questions
  • Pick, pack, shop parts
  • Create invoices
  • Restock/Order parts from corporate office
  • Handle returns
  • Inventory/Cycle counts
  • Warehouse maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned



High School

Experience & Skills Required

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-3 years Parts department/order entry experience
  • Preferred: Mechanically inclined, familiarity with parts/inventory a ++
  • Auto Dealership or  Industrial exp. a major+++
