40% - Forecast & Analysis for respective business units

25% - Partnering with various department leads to manage financial expense control

Job Duties

  • Prepare and oversee the annual budget and monthly projections
  • Perform detailed revenue and expense variance analyses and identify any risks and opportunities
  • Detailed departmental P&L review and variance analyses
  • Utilize revenue analytics to identify and present potential issues and opportunities
  • Work closely with Accounting during close process to ensure proper accruals are made for revenue and expenses
  • Monitor expense account activity by business units to ensure accurate reporting and allocation of expenses
  • Work with Finance team members to update and publish monthly, annual budgets and forecasts, as well as other relevant financial analytics.
  • Supervise: Senior Financial Analyst


Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting 

Experience & Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis/reporting, including ad hoc reporting, variance analysis and budgeting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be an analytical and critical thinker with the ability to dig deep into the details but present high-level findings to management
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills
  • Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Be proactive and self-motivator with the ability to learn quickly
  • Be an innovator and have the ability to drive change
  • Completing tasks on a timely basis and keeping team aware of status of tasks
  • Solid communication skills and be able to work with all members of the organization and all levels of management
