Opportunity Description

Busy non-profit organization located in White Plains, NY, is looking for an experienced Spanish speaking  Office Assistant to join their team ASAP! Candidates should be comfortable with heavy phone work and scheduling appointments.

Job Duties

  • Scheduling appointments and follow up on results
  • Provide customer service to clients as needed
  • Provide administrative support 
  • Perform in-house database management

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1+ years experience in a role with phone work and office support
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED
