Busy non-profit organization located in White Plains, NY, is looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their team!
Job Duties
- Answering the main reception line and forwarding to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with mail distribution and other clerical duties as assigned
- Provide customer service to clients as needed
- Assist staff with administrative support
- Perform in-house database management
Experience & Skills Required
- 1+ years experience as an office assistant and / or receptionist
- Prior customer service experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
