Opportunity Description

Reliable, Customer Service oriented individuals needed to assist with Patient Registration for busy hospital located in mid-Westchester. We are looking to fill this ASAP. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm with rotating weekends. If you have medical office experience, education in healthcare or an interest in healthcare please apply ASAP!!!

Job Duties

Scheduling appointments
Patient registration
Obtaining Signatures for consent of treatment
Answering busy phones
Insurance verifications
Clerical support

Education

High School Diploma required

Experience & Skills Required

Prior medical office support experience a plus
Computer savvy
Experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant
Excellent communication skills
Must be flexible to work weekends
