Successful candidates must have 3+ years of industry experience leading research to commercialization projects and having direct customer interactions. Strong project management skills are highly desirable.

Knowledge –Familiarity with tribology, surface sciences, material sciences and product formulation or related technology development. Attention to detail and the ability to think logically, applying different tactics to solve problems using resources available both internally and externally
Decisive - Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity, taking a flexible approach when needed information is limited by external circumstances
