Opportunity Description

Fabulous opportunity at a successful specialty practice in Danbury, CT.  You will be responsible for managing a staff of 4 and being the direct contact with the Physicians.  


Job Duties

  • Manage front desk staff
  • Handle all staff scheduling
  • Interact with physicians regarding any schedule changes
  • Support overall patient registration
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Handle patient concerns

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage and develop staff
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Positive outlook and upbeat personality
  • Must possess superior organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with HER, preferable NEXTGEN
  • Must have at least 2-3 years medical office front desk supervisory experience
