Opportunity Description

Seeking candidate to support the Logistics Group Manager in the Allendale, NJ office with administrative tasks.

Job Duties

  • Data entry,  Excel worksheets, and filing.  
  • Communicating with clients via phone.
  • Order entry, product lookup, sales entry. 
  • Assist with annual inventory count.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Minimum of 1+ years clerical experience 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with  SAP or SYSPRO preferred
