Accounts Payable 

Your Role 

Responsible for working in JDE system to post invoices for payment 

Job Duties

  • Printing daily supplier invoices 
  • Reviewing report consisting of open invoices 
  • Reviewing monthly statements from supplier and addressing open issues 
  • Back up to switchboard operator – covering breaks and lunch and overflow calls- daily basis 
  • Back up daily invoicing of customer’s deliveries (ship confirming)- when primary worker is out of office 
  • Back up printing and mailing of invoices- when primary worker is out of office 
  • Back up general clerical work when primary worker is out of the office. 

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must be detailed oriented and be willing to do the research necessary to resolve open issues. 
  • Work well with multiple departments 
  • Email use a must 
  • JD Edwards (AS 400) and EDI experience a plus
