The Sales Department seeks a Sales Associate to provide administrative support to the sales staff.
- Assist department in carrying out various duties including.
- Provides clerical assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Compiles records report for the Sales Department.
- Customer Service
- Answer phones and provide customer assistance to brokers, customers, and vendors when needed
- Operates a computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
- Operates office machines such as adding, calculating, duplicating machines.
- High School diploma or six months to one-year experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience & Skills Required
- The position requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication to customer service and computer literacy.
- The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information, and detail-oriented.
- Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Adequate command of both English and Spanish Language plus strong excel skills.
