Opportunity Description

HumanEdge has partnered with a sustainable manufacturer and distributer of high quality home decor items to hire a talented Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment working in their distribution center scheduling deliveries.  Please see below for additional job details! 

Job Duties

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following: 

  • Heavy outbound calling to set up deliveries 
  • Facilitating the customer experience by providing excellent service 
  • Collaborating directly with the distribution center to ensure smooth delivery of all products 
  • Communicating delivery process with both customers and managers 
  • Managing final payments 
  • Processing customer pick-ups 


Experience & Skills Required

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience within a distribution or manufacturing setting 
  • SAP knowledge strongly preferred 
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Previous call center experience a plus
