Opportunity Description

We are currently looking to hire a temporary Fiscal Administrative Assistant/Accounting Coordinator.  

Job Duties

  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain expense journals
  • Prepare expense bundles for review and reimbursement 
  • Serve as back-up for cash disbursement
  • Answer unit’s telephone calls
  • Provide assistance with various projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
  • Good mathematical skills a must.
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
