Job Duties

Labor and Delivery Nurses provide care and support for women before, during and after delivery of the baby. They are responsible for making sure that the medical as well as the emotional needs of the patient are adequately met throughout the entire birthing process.

This position is for the high risk OB unit.

Education

Degree from an accredited Registered Nursing program

Experience & Skills Required

two years of experience in a hospital setting

experience with high risk obstetric patients a plus

Certifications

RN license in the state of NY

Valid BLS

NRP

Proof of right to work in the United State

Languages

English
