Opportunity Description
We are searching for an energetic and qualified Junior Account Manager who is seeking a long-term growth opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting scent advertising company. This is an entry-level position ideally suited for recent business college graduates looking to start a career.
Job Duties
This is a Junior Account Manager position. To start, the candidate will support the Sales Manager by helping to service clients, provide production timelines and quotations, follow up, liaise on project management, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. There will be tight collaboration with Management, Sales Rep(s), Operations, and Customer Service teams. Once basic skillsets are developed the role will expand by taking on and developing smaller accounts.
Education
- Major/Minor in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferable.
Experience & Skills Required
- The ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate, preferably with a degree in business, who is a go-getter and demonstrates excellent people skills. Previous customer service type experience desirable.
- The candidate should live within commuting distance of our headquarters in Carmel, NY, and be willing travel to meetings with clients in the tri-state area, or accompany sales reps on sales calls elsewhere in the US.
- We seek candidates who are driven, organized, abstract thinkers, who can quickly learn scent and printing technologies, scent marketing lingo, and the markets and customers we are servicing.
- Ideal candidates should have either an education or passion for Marketing and Advertising, and enjoy networking and meeting new people.
- Attention to detail and follow up is a must.
